Human are so easily adapted to their environment, both physically and mentally. Human has proved to evolve in time as a way to adapt to their environment. And in order to adapt to the life events and human emotional fluctuation our mentally condition also evolved in a simpler way, depends on the incidence that might cause it to happen. The mentally adaptation of human seems a little bit tricky for there is not singular line to follow. One event could have various effects and might end up differently for different person.

When we fall, then we wake up again with more cautious but keep going on, we become wise.
When we hurt, then we don't want to go on the same route again to avoid it to happen once again, we are runaway
When we break, then we become afraid to try anything that may cause it to happen again, we become trauma.

Some people may end up in one of those phases, but some others could gradually shift from one phase to end up in another. It could be for a better or worse phase, depends on the person and situation. Some said that we must be grateful to be able to experience it all; at least it shows that we live and also teach us to the true meaning of happiness.

However, if there is any chance you could avoid all those feelings: fall, hurt, and break apart, will you go the same way as before? And if we do, would it makes us less happy and less lively then?

I read somewhere in one article about the difficulties of leaving our comfort zone. But i have found out now, it is more difficult to resist the temptation of going back to the same comfort zone once we left it.We'd been there once, knew what its like, got the experience, and familiar with everything. Thus when all other options seem stucked, the chance to get back to the same comfort zone feels so tempted. Though i open up myself for every opportunity, let's see where this would lead me to...
