My horoscope in friendster today says:

Do you mean what you say, or are you saying what you know is correct? The stars urge you to lighten up. That doesn't necessarily mean turning clownish or cracking jokes, but bringing issues to light that you, secretive type that you are, have been busily keeping tucked away in the innermost parts of your psyche. You'll be surprised at what happens once you expose those so-called secrets. You might just feel a whole lot better.

It's not that i'm some kind of horoscope believer or what, but as i'm reading, i felt like the horoscope is really directed towards me. One of my friend just recently keep asking me the same thing, to loosen' up and lighten up. Maybe i am too serious person after all???

Finally, after more than 2 weeks of break and adjustment, i begin to accept the reality and pull myself to settle down at home. Now i have reached the concious that the life as in Wageningen is over, and i have to start over everything again here. First step to do is settling down myself by arranging my room. Cleaning here and there, sorting out things, etc.

As i was doing it, i found a lot of things from my past. Some notes, some stuffs, some pictures, some small things...Each and everything that brought so many memories, mostly remind me of the beautiful things that i had experienced. It's a wonder how all those small stuff could store most of your memories. Just one glance at it, could bring it back in your mind as fresh as it just yesterday.

Looking at it, remembering all of it, thinking of everything...nothing left now. Everything were in the past. Yes, it was beautiful, it was great, and it was something worth to remember. There is no chance to experience it all again, yet there is no regret that it was over and ended this way. The only remain is the feeling of gratitude for giving me such a beautiful past and the best wishes may everyone gets the best in life.

If life is giving you 2 options :

One is the easy way. Everything would be so smooth for you, and your friends and family would definitely happy with your choice. But somehow you know that it won't bring you happiness.

One is the hard way. Everything would be so difficult, very complicated in a way, and definitely you will have to fight against your friends and family in defending your will, whereas you also don't know for sure if there would be any happy ending. But somehow you know that it will bring you happiness although just for a moment, and not knowing of what the future may bring has attracted you even further to keep moving forward in anxiety of finding out what may lies ahead.

Which one would you prefer to choose then?

The problem is, there is no right or wrong in the answer and it seems like there is no chance at all to make any choice...

*One thought that crossed into my mind after a long and deep conversation with friend at the Wave club by the Kuta Beach, Bali, a few nights ago*

[Sunday, August 14, 2005]

Just got back from Bali last nite, and went directly to the event of my bro's "seserahan" this morning. What a day...what a trip. Still feel quite exhausted now, getting too tired combine with all this weather adaptation has pushed my endurance to the limit, making me quite ill now. But not much though, i can still having my activities tomorrow coz everyday just too valuable to waste. And surely i need those activities to keep myself moving and keep my mind away from things that would make me sad of remembering the past. Yess....my friends and my life in Wageningen are now seems so far away behind....need to move on immediately though i dont know where to *sigh*

Man...it's been more than a week and i still couldn't get my mood to start up everything, looking for jobs or doing something more usefull. Hopefully this short getaway could get my head and my heart to start *finger crossed*.
